I bring a holistic viewpoint to therapy, addressing the physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental aspects of my clients’ lives.

My desire is to foster healing and growth within each individual I work with. I bring a holistic viewpoint to therapy, addressing the physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental aspects of my clients’ lives.

I utilize a strengths-based approach, wherein I help my clients identify their already-present abilities. From there, we discover and create even more strengths and resilience. I am person-centered, allowing the client to lead and navigate the course of their sessions.

I offer individual therapy to adults and adolescents and have specialized training in trauma, and spirituality and counseling. I provide care for clients with different presenting concerns, including trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

I am person-centered, allowing the client to lead and navigate the course of their sessions.

I work with clients from a variety of races, cultural background, sexual orientation, and gender identities.

I utilize research-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness.

I completed my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Richmont Graduate University and completed my internships at Skyland Trail and the Hope Counseling Center.
