I will work with you to tap into your strengths, gain insight into behaviors that might feel stuck or confusing, and learn how to build even more resilience.
I work with concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, sensitivity, self-acceptance, and wanting to slow down or rest…and not knowing how yet. I emphasize collaboration and curiosity in sessions and have found that people who benefit from having extra time to identify their feelings or express themselves respond well to this approach.
I offer individual therapy to adults (18+). My approach includes a mix of “talk” therapy with mindfulness, somatic, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming approaches. People who march to the beat of a different drummer often work well with me.

I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia, Florida, and New York. I’ve been in practice since 2019 and previously worked in university counseling and hospital settings. I earned my M.A. in Pastoral Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University.
In addition to standard mental health training, my education included training on how a person’s current or former (or possibly complicated) relationship to spirituality and religion might impact their well-being. If this is a part of your experience, please know it is welcome in sessions. If you are not religious or spiritual, please know I will only bring this aspect of my training in if you indicate it is relevant.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in design and publishing. I am a Georgia native who recently returned after living in New York City for many years.
