I am a licensed psychologist and certified mindfulness teacher providing individual therapy for adults (ages 18 and up).

My areas of clinical focus include therapy for men and mindfulness practices, but I work well with lots of different people. I work with a variety of concerns including anxiety, social and relationship concerns, and depression. I also enjoy working with athletes around sport performance and other athletics-related concerns.

I integrate different approaches, but work mainly using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and relational/interpersonal techniques. I also specialize in mindfulness-based approaches and frequently incorporate mindfulness techniques into my work.

I tend to be a good fit for people who appreciate a more light-hearted approach and the use of humor in the work, but who are also looking to move deeper and connect with themselves and their emotions in new ways, instead of always having to compartmentalize or “tough it out” with their emotions.
